Frontend Engineer
Join Aleido's Tech team and help build the platform that transforms how technical information is created and delivered - at the intersection of AI, engineering, and UX.
What you will do
You'll work in a cross-functional product team - alongside Frontend, Product, and UX - with real ownership over what ships. This is a role for engineers who care about craft.
Own frontend implementation of features from specification to deployment
Deliver high-quality UI with a relentless focus on usability and visual consistency
Build reusable components and drive the evolution of our design system
Write robust, testable, maintainable code in TypeScript and React
Identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks and reduce technical debt
Integrate AI-assisted tools as a natural part of your engineering workflow
Who you are
This is a mid-level role - well suited for someone with a few years of experience who is comfortable working independently while genuinely enjoying collaboration and technical discussion. You don't need to have seen it all; you need solid fundamentals and the curiosity to keep growing.
Required skills and experience:
Good understanding of TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture
Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and data flows
Some familiarity with automated testing, component-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines
A performance optimisation mindset and solid debugging skills
Awareness of accessibility standards and enterprise usability practices
Fluent in both English and Swedish - spoken and written
Nice to have:
Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
Background in larger, platform-oriented or product-driven environment
